I LOVED the ability to work through content and lessons through application. Bringing a real challenge I’m currently working on, and having assignments that were incremental each week to build towards an ultimate plan was outstanding. It was a lot of time to invest, but I felt like it was so worthwhile because I was actually working through something I’m really doing!
I enjoyed the online modules, section meetings with the professors, and the ability to self-pace. The quality of content from both a technical and behavioral perspective combined is immensely applicable in business for our leaders. The “real world” examples and story telling employed by all the professors really modeled the message of the course and brought to life the concepts.
The pace was excellent, especially with working a full time job. The content was spot on and relevant (and applicable to many different roles within the organization). I really enjoyed the format as well with the combination of lectures and live virtual. I felt the virtual sessions perfectly complimented the lectures, with the right timing.
