Pega launched a leadership development pilot through ExecOnline that could scale as successfully as the rest of the organization has.
After reviewing Pega’s key business objectives, ExecOnline’s experts knew that two programs were a perfect fit — Launch into Leadership and Mastering Management Essentials. With these foundational capabilities in place, Pega could build consistency across its entire business and give its new and early-career leaders a solid framework to move forward.
After a successful pilot in 2019, between 100 and 130 of Pega’s leaders go through these programs each year.
