ExecOnline Launches Multilingual Learning Experiences in Spanish, French and Japanese

ExecOnline’s on-demand multilingual solutions provide an immersive experience, offering a globally consistent approach to leadership development

New York, Dec. 14, 2021 – ExecOnline, the pioneer of online leadership development for enterprises, now offers multilingual capabilities for its global customers participating in select learning experiences. Starting immediately, managers and leaders across the world can now access select Management Essentials experiences in Spanish, French and Japanese.

“Mandating an ‘English only’ approach to leadership development hinders organizations’ ability to build a diverse pool of future-ready leaders and is a potential barrier to Development Equity,” said ExecOnline Co-Founder and CEO Stephen Bailey. “By providing global leaders access to multilingual learning experiences, we are positively impacting their potential for growth and success, and ultimately helping pave a more inclusive path forward for all leaders.”

ExecOnline’s multilingual learning solution offers an immersive experience for participants, helping to enable a globally consistent approach to leadership development. The programs offer managers the opportunity to engage in the experience entirely in their preferred language, including their interface with the mobile and desktop apps, their review and study of multilingual online lectures, assignments and interactive activities, engagement with their coaches, email communications, and support from ExecOnline staff.

“These multilingual development programs present an opportunity for leaders to gain an upper hand when it comes to fully grasping the critical leadership skills required in the future of work,” continued Bailey. “Doing so in their preferred language will help managers feel more confident about applying these new learnings in their work environments and creating sustainable change within their organization.”

ExecOnline’s Management Essentials suite provides early-career managers with the critical capabilities they need to lead in the current environment, and provides people managers at all levels with rapid response learning on the capabilities that are quickly becoming essential, such as leading hybrid teams and navigating the current war for talent. The experiences now offered in Spanish, French and Japanese include: Leading with Intention, Aligning Team Priorities, Leading Difficult Conversations, and Communicating with Impact.

Management Essentials experiences are on-demand and designed to build leadership capabilities for a broad population of leaders. ExecOnline is reviewing additional language opportunities for 2022.
