ExecOnline and Stanford Graduate School of Business Collaborate to Launch Online Program in Personal Leadership

NEW YORK, November 1, 2019ExecOnline, the premier provider of online leadership development programs, announced a new online program in personal leadership developed with Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB). ExecOnline works with top business schools to develop online programs to scale and create lasting organizational impact.

ExecOnline’s first program with Stanford GSB is set to launch in 2020 and will leverage their content focused on one of the biggest challenges current and future leaders face: personal leadership. According to an ExecOnline survey of over 420 leaders, 86% are not completely confident in their ability to adjust their leadership style to navigate change and ambiguity. In this 6-week online program, leaders will learn how to adapt, discover self-purpose, and reach their full potential through the Stanford Leadership Model.

“We are thrilled to work with Stanford GSB’s world-class faculty to create self-aware, influential leaders. Their approach and proven methodologies align perfectly with ExecOnline’s philosophy of ‘learning by doing with impact,’ and we look forward to empowering leaders that accelerate change and solve enterprises’ leadership development needs.” Stephen Bailey, Founder and CEO of ExecOnline.

“Today’s business professionals face unprecedented challenges, and it’s never been more essential to develop personal leadership skills in order to build teams and create an even greater impact within their organizations, industries and communities,” said Dave Weinstein, Associate Dean, Executive Education, Stanford Graduate School of Business.
