Professor Homa Bahrami has been at Haas School of Business since 1986. Her areas of research include enterprise adaptation and flexibility, organizational innovation for globalization, impact of technology on organizational design, orchestrating geo-distributed teams, and leading multi-cultural knowledge workers. She currently teaches courses including International Business: Organizational Innovation for Global Companies, Statoil Project Executive Program, and New Manager Boot Camp for Scientists and Engineers.

She serves as a member of the Board of Directors for FormFactor, Inc., a director for Pedagogy, Inc., an Advisory Director for Securitas Capital, a Member of the Advisory Boards for: Institute for Growth & Innovation, Icarian, Kadiri, Green Border, and Mercer Tech, and as an advisor and executive educator for global and high tech companies in the U.S. and Europe.
