Alex Cavoulacos, Tech Entrepreneur & Best-Selling Author of “The New Rules of Work”

The Muse was named one of Fast Company’s 50 Most Innovative Companies in the World and #3 Most Innovative Company for Enterprise. She now serves on the company’s Board of Directors.
Alex is also a frequent speaker on web3, entrepreneurship, the future of work, and productivity. She is also the co-author of the national bestselling book The New Rules of Work: The Modern Playbook for Navigating Your Career (Crown Business, 2017).

Matt is the Chief Human Resources Officer at ExecOnline, focused on implementing talent strategies that enable rapid growth. He has deep expertise in the professional services and technology sectors, and has served in a variety of leadership roles across the HR suite.
Matt comes to ExecOnline from McDermott Will & Emery, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer. McDermott achieved double-digit revenue growth in each year of Matt’s tenure, and was featured on numerous best places to work, diversity, and wellness surveys through its relentless focus on attorney feedback and career pathing, innovative benefits, commitment to equality, and a “different-in-kind” law firm culture.
Prior to joining McDermott, Matt spent 15 years at CEB. CEB experienced exponential growth in this timeframe, with Matt serving in key talent leadership roles in HR business partnership, global recruiting, talent analytics, and organizational design and effectiveness.
