Driving Digital Transformation, a 3-week leadership development program, will equip your leaders with strategies, frameworks, and tools to capitalize on the opportunities and avoid the threats that accompany the increasing digitalization of business models, products, and value chains. Participants in this program will learn how to evaluate how their business is affected by the transformational value drivers created by digitalization, identify digital opportunities and threats, formulate a digital response strategy, and build digital business agility.

Professor of Innovation & Strategy
Michael Wade is a Professor of Innovation and Strategy at IMD and holds the Cisco Chair in Digital Business Transformation. He is the Director of the Global Center for Digital Business Transformation and was named one of the top 10 digital thought leaders in Switzerland in 2016 and 2017.
Our programs are designed for busy professionals. Participants are expected to spend 4-5 hours each week watching video lectures and completing assignments. There are also live online sessions most weeks, which last 1-1.5 hours each.
Our leadership development programs last 3 weeks. Additionally, you will complete a short orientation prior to the official start of the program.
Upon successfully completing the program, you will receive a certificate of completion from the sponsoring business school. ExecOnline provides non-degree programs for which no grades or university credits are provided.
