Assistant Professor, Management
Assistant Professor Jo-Ellen Pozner is a former UC Berkeley faculty member who now teaches Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business. She researches organizational ethics, corporate governance, social movements, and institutional change.

Homa Bahrami is an international educator, advisor, board member, and author. She specializes in enterprise flexibility and dynamic leadership in global, knowledge-based industries.
Paul J. Cortese Distinguished Professor of Management
Professor Jennifer Chatman teaches, researches, and consults on leveraging organizational culture, leading change, and managing complex teams. She runs the flagship executive education program at Haas: The UC Berkeley Executive Leadership Program.
I really liked the short lecture format – it allowed me to attend lectures when I had a few minutes here and there. Our programs are designed for busy professionals. Participants are expected to spend 4-5 hours each week watching video lectures and completing assignments. There are also live online sessions most weeks, which last 1-1.5 hours each.
Our leadership development programs last 3 weeks. Additionally, you will complete a short orientation prior to the official start of the program.
Upon successfully completing the program, you will receive a certificate of completion from the sponsoring business school. ExecOnline provides non-degree programs for which no grades or university credits are provided.
