ExecOnline programs give you the impact of an on-campus program with the flexibility of online learning. Across 12 months, you have 4 opportunities to participate in 13 Virtual Instructor-Led Programs, while also having access to 125+ shorter on-demand programs that can fit into your busy schedule.

Programs range in topic from growth strategy, innovation, global leadership, to operational excellence. You’ll notice that we partner with the Business School who is the leader in that topic area for instance, Columbia and strategy, Berkeley and innovation, etc.

Built for Busy Leaders
Virtual Instructor-Led programs are either 3 or 6 weeks in length, for 4 total hours per week. Live online interactions with professors and peers, short video lectures, and personal projects are run in flexible sprints that even the busiest executive can fit in. On-Demand programs can be completed in totality in 2-3 hours.

During our programs, you’ll work on real projects that are on your plate at IBM, using elite university concepts and frameworks to drive real business results. Upon graduation, project work will be presentation-ready to share with senior stakeholders, elevating your leadership and strengthening your skillset.
How it Works
The Premium License includes both Virtual Instructor-Led Programs which feature Live Faculty sessions and exposure to senior leaders at other organizations, in addition to 125+ shorter, on-demand programs across a myriad of topics (negotiations, executive presence, building high performing teams, etc.).
To get started, obtain manager approval to purchase a license ($5,500 USD).
