Pre-Program

Registration

Every organization has its own unique challenges, structures, and processes. We’ll work with you to identify the best way to align our solution to your existing leadership development initiatives. HR leaders can enroll executives or empower them to enroll themselves.

Identify Critical Business Challenges

Participants identify a project to focus on that addresses their organization’s critical business challenges.

Program

Video Lectures

Participants watch a series of short video lectures created exclusively for the program by leading professors. The videos are short, making it easy for leaders to view at any time of the day.

Live Events

Faculty and peer interaction is vital to learning. Participants practice and discuss what they’ve learned with assigned learning partners and renowned faculty throughout our programs. This includes live one-on-one meetings with peers and small group meetings with professors.

Assignments

Each week, participants complete an assignment that promotes critical learnings. Assignments are progressive and serve as building blocks for participants’ final projects.

Final Project

Program participants complete a final project that addresses a business challenge for their organization. These assignments are “meeting-ready,” enabling participants to present to senior leaders.

Post-Program

Certificates

Program graduates receive a university-issued certificate from our business school partners, marking their achievement.
