ExecOnline is based in the U.S. and operates their services from the U.S. Any information you provide will be collected, accessed, transferred and stored in the United States, which may not provide the same legal protections to your personal information as provided in your country.
ExecOnline participates in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. Our participation in Privacy Shield applies to all personal information that is subject to this Policy and is received from the EU or Switzerland. We will comply with the Privacy Shield Principles in respect of such personal information.

ExecOnline has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints.

As a Privacy Shield participant, we are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the US Federal Trade Commission and other authorized statutory bodies. Under certain circumstances, we may be liable for the transfer of personal information that we receive and subsequently transfer to a third party, as described in the Privacy Shield Principles.
As further described in this Policy, we may share information with third parties and may be required to disclose information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
