SVP Global Head of Talent Management at CBRE

Olivia is Global Head of Talent Management at CBRE. Olivia focuses on planning, developing and designing Talent, Learning and Leadership solutions including executive development program’s and mapping out the talent. She plays an active role in the Global HR Leadership team and works closely with senior leaders in setting the talent, learning, and diversity platform and plan.

Olivia leads across 3 regions of the Americas, Europe and Middle East and Asia Pacific and manages her team to create and deliver quality business focused training and talent programs ensuring that CBRE’s learning culture is dynamic and consistent. Olivia has a background in Learning and Development and previously was the Head of Talent, Learning & Diversity Asia Pacific CBRE.
