Missy Hallead is the VP of Global Talent, Capability, and Diversity at Aristocrat Technologies. Missy partners with C-Suite and senior executives to guide, develop, and drive organizational effectiveness specifically in the areas of senior level talent selection and onboarding, leadership effectiveness, executive coaching, strategic planning, and succession planning.

Missy previously served MGM as the Vice President of Human Resources for both Luxor and Excalibur Hotel and Casinos. She served as Assistant Superintendent for HR for Vancouver Public Schools from 2007-2014, providing executive leadership to all aspects of human resource management for the 5th largest school district in Washington State. From 2004-2007, Missy served as Title IX Officer, High School Principal, and Associate Principal in the Vancouver and Washougal School Districts.
